Very happy with the frame itself, but not at all happy with the way it was delivered. I know this is more of an issue for DHL than picframes and I'm complaining to DHL separately, but at the end of the day I ordered from picframes... The box arrived (with FRAGILE tape around it) with a rip at one end and crushed and bent at the other - on closer inspection it had two large boot prints on it! If I'd been in to receive it personally I would have rejected it. I absolutely expected to find it smashed when I opened it up - God only knows how but it had survived.
