The service was excellent, from ordering to being kept up to date with progress, to delivery. Sadly the product itself was a disappointment. Perhaps it was due to the size I chose but the frame was held together with a small piece of hardboard screwed to the central area. It had to be removed to insert my picture and to remove the protective cover of the acrylic. When I went to reassemble the picture it was very difficult. It bowed in the middle and it took two of us to complete the job. One of us had to squeeze the frame together to get the hardboard to line up. We managed but not before splitting the frame. I would be very reluctant to order another frame off you. To be honest it was a nightmare.
