Unfortunately the first frame was badly damaged in transit by the courier. Picframes was responsive, and managed to get another frame assembled and shipped very quickly in only a week and a half. Regarding the frame itself, we are happy with the look of the frame and that it has been assembled according to our specifications. However, the frame feels worryingly flimsy - it flexes extremely easily. While I understand that this shouldn't matter once a picture is hanging on a wall, for my preference I would have preferred something that felt more robust, and that is something I would be looking to ensure on any future frame purchase.
