Appalling company to deal with. I've never had a website hosted before, so don't really have a bench mark, but the continuous issues I've had with my site has cost me money in lost customer orders and refunds. I've had multiple issues whereby I haven't been able to access the website, access customer orders, or make any changes. It appears things just 'stop working', and looking through some of the other comments, the reason this is, is because pickaweb seem to make changes to websites with the express consent or knowledge of the person who owns it!! Once the Christmas season has finished I'll most definitely be moving to a different provider who is actually competent. Any earlier and I risk taking the website offline all together over the busy season with their apparent lack of ability to do anything properly. If I could give them no stars I would.
