Great customer service, quick to respond to questions. I'm just dipping my toe into astronomy so really just at the beginning of my journey. Great range of telescopes to suit every budget. Fast dispatch and delivery. My only gripe was that the telescope required immediate collimation although this should have been done at the Celestron factory and not at PicStop.
