The frame is well made and the online gallery was good as it helped me work out what frame would suit my artwork. The price was around half of what I was quoted at my local picture framing shop. The colours online and the colours in real life were very different. I thought I was ordering a dark grey frame and a dark grey mount. The frame which arrived was almost black and had a dark blue mount (I had to swap this at my local shop, as it didn't look right). Good quality, but order samples if you have the time and the colour matching needs to be exact. Email response was slow and the phone wasn't picked up when I called. You don't get a very good confirmation that the order has gone through. The delivery tracking service (once the alert has come that the item has been dispatched) is good. It took a week from ordering for my frame to arrive. You should also note that you get a picture hanging pack (usually D Rings and special cord), rather than something attached to the frame board. You will have to attach this yourself, so be prepared to Google/YouTube for the best techniques (shame they aren't on the 'FAQ' section of the website) and make sure you have a bradawl and a screwdriver to hand to fix the D rings to the frame. Item was well packed, as others have noted. I would use this company again but it was a shame that after so much effort, the frame colour wasn't as I had envisaged (it was the correct frame, but the colours are hard to replicate on screen).
