The Web app is excellent. It is easy to use and gives a very good impression of what the final picture will look like. Ours was almost indistinguishable. I measured the picture carefully the fit was perfect.
Delivery was also among the best of online retailers I have used. The frame arrived a day ahead of forecast with email notification of the day and hour and the ability to change if required.
