The quality of the frame is reassuringly strong and doesn't feel too fragile. I was impressed that it came with hanging accessories (thick string and hooks to screw into the frame). Considering the frame is no more expensive than ready made ones from the shops, the look and feel of it is exceptional and well worth the money to get something that suits my oddly sized pictures. When ordering, the website was clear and easy to use so I had no concerns about accidently selecting the wrong options. I was purchasing for a gift so was a little nervous about delivery times but was surprised (in a good way) when I checked with them after a week that it was already complete and getting sent out that day.
