The frames themselves are great. They seem well constructed and were easy to unpack and place my pictures.
However, the specified free picture hanging hooks were not included, and despite contacting their customer services email immediately after the frames were delivered, I've still not received a reply 3 working days later.
So great products, but room for improvement on service.
