I would have awarded a "very good" star except for the fact that I had to phone your firm to ask what had happened to my order. However, I did receive my order the next day and was assured the delay in delivering my order was a one-off. Anyway, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, because: 1) I'm happy with the quality of the frame and mounts. 2) I think your website is one of the best laid out I have seen - it was the quality of your website that tempted me to order from you instead of from your competitors. 3) There is a great deal of help and useful advice on your website.
