As an update to the custom size mount & back I ordered in November that never arrived... despite me sending an email on Dec 8th cancelling the order & asking for a refund (I got no replies to ANY emails sent about this) ... it has now just arrived (Jan 19th).
So not only did I have to buy another mount & back for my customer AND pay priority shipping on it to get it in time for them, I now have no refund & a totally useless /unwanted mount.
