My frame and mount were exactly as I expected, I was very happy with them and the service. I did not receive any emails at all from courier to let me know what day or time that they were going to deliver frame. So when they came no-one was at home, thankfully my neighbour took it in for me, they didn't even leave me a card to say that it had been left with neighbour, so I had no idea that it had been delivered. I went to put my rubbish out and my neighbour saw me, that was when she said she had my frame...also that the courier had no cards to leave to let me know.
