"The frame when it arrived was well packed and exactly as requested. Instructions received beforehand as to how to unpack, remove protective coverings and insert picture were clear. \r\n\r\nThe only negative comment I would make is that there was a delay in dispatching the frame and I had to chase up on a couple of occasions. Eventually, when it was dispatched, Iwas sent a link so that I could track the Parcelforce delivery status. I was also told that I would receive a message to be advised of a time slot when delivery would occur. The tracking link didn\u2019t work and I did not receive a message advising when to expect delivery. "
