Frames I ordered didn't arrive after one week. Telephoned on number for customer service in follow up email. Matter was looked into and replacement frames were done that day &sent to courier for delivery. Cannot fault how this matter was handled however the mount I ordered for one of the frames was not in the order. I did try to ring on 6/8 times the following day but this time was not able to reach anybody. In order that I can hang my pictures had to order a mount locally & pay again not much more I could do. I am very pleased with the actual frames I ordered.
