I have used Picture Frame Studio previously and once agin the product which I ordered was delivered promptly and as ordered. I am very pleased with the frame and it looks good in my study. One point is worth making to intending purchasers; make sure you allow a little overlap when measuring for the inlay, I got mine slight wrong - my fault - not a problem but worth mentioning I think.
