Two large frames ordered which came really well packed and very quickly. Quality of the frames was superb and very accurate. I'm very pleased with them and would use this site again on just this alone. However we didn't order one of the frames with glass as it was a replacement for a damaged frame at home. However we broke the glass getting the picture out of the old frame which I thought would be a problem. I rang and spoke to a very helpful chap and the next day I had a replacement cut and it perfectly matched. Thanks so much for bailing me out of that. 10/10 for customer service and quality. If I had to be picky at all it would be that I had no e-mail confirmation of the order or notification that the items had been sent so I was a little worried until they arrived, but this a very small point for improvement and nothing more.
