Very clear communication regarding the effect of the pandemic on their staffing etc and well managed considering the situation. The instructions online for measuring for the mount I bought was also clear so that even a nervous wreck over maths like me can cope. I did not need to worry about the colour choice - it was perfect. It arrived at the time expected in a very well packed parcel with consideration to nature. The picture in my sitting room is now really stunning thanks to this. It was also affordable. thank you.
