The time between order confirmation and shipping confirmation was VERY fast, as well as the shipping. I’m only 1 state away from the shipping location so it didn’t even take as long as the 3-5 days. My jewelry arrived in bubble wrap, individually sealed in bags, and was very high quality! I made a mistake on my order by selecting the wrong size but the customer service team was very cooperative helping me fix this! Because of their great customer service, I placed an additional order with them and can’t wait to get them! :)
