Accidentally ordered 1 plug and they were quick to ask if I meant to order just 1 or if it was by accident and I needed the pair. I confirmed I did need the pair. They then sent me 3 by accident and just let me keep the 3rd plug. Great customer service and very nice quality product. I always get compliments when I wear these!
