I was very excited to receive my new nose stud in the mail, however upon receiving it, the backing of the piercing was immediately misplaced. I was extremely distraught by this, as I have looked forward to switching out my piercing for quite some time now, and sent an email in hopes of potentially receiving a new one despite having lost the product upon arrival. I received a response to my email within 24 hours, and they generously offered to replace the backing for me and mailed it within the next 24 hours. I appreciated the great service and their understanding, and will definitely be ordering from them in the future!
