Ridiculously small, there is no way these fit people's actual ear lobes. What a waste of money. I ordered the (316L Surgical Steel Long Tail Spiral Taper Expander Stretcher - 12ga(2mm)) and (Surgical Steel Spiral Stretcher Taper Ear Gauges - 12ga (2mm)). How bizarre. (See attached photo)
