Jason came promptly on Sunday morning and identified the problem with the pump on the boiler immediately. He managed to get the necessary part and restore hot water to the house! He then undertook further investigations with an en suite shower,dripping tap and even noticed that the hot/cold water was incorrectly plumbed to both the kitchen sink tap and the dishwasher. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and didn't mind the dogs following him around like the Dog Whisperer!
