Had a plumber from Pimlico come and service the boiler. Although the boiler was fine we were missing an authentic part for the flue. what was disappointing due to our location and the time he completed the job. He could have gone quite easily and got the spare parts as we have a number of local merchants to hand. But this was not the case. boiler switched off and a recall placed for the next day. Not the type of service we would expect from pimlico. As every other tradesman we have had here have been very good and we are paying for the prompt service. Also the quote provided was huge. clearly either taking the mickey or not clued up on what the job would cost. We had no option but to get the plumber in the next day. AS we had no hot water.
