I hired Pimlico to resolve a blocked drainage issue at my home, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite charging more than GBP 600 for their service, the drainage problem reappeared within a few days. When I contacted them for a resolution, I was informed that they don't offer any guarantee for their work and would not fix the problem without an additional fee. This was highly disappointing, given the initial high cost and the expectation of professionalism and a job well done. I am left with a recurring issue, out of pocket, and with the added inconvenience of having to seek out a new plumber to correct the problem. I would not recommend Pimlico based on my experience.
