Avoid at all cost! They are thieves! They literally will rob you. They charge you per hour. They charged me £180 for a guy to come unblock the kitchen sink. The guy ended staying half an hour more. He left and after two hours it was blocked again. We called them and they say that I needed to pay the £90 I was missing + other £180 for him to come back to check the thing again!!! Basically they were charging me £450 for a guy to unblock a sink! They are criminals! That company should be closed!!
