This company is truly shocking and should be the subject of an investigation for poor practices. I was charged over £1,000 last Friday and literally have nothing to show for it. Two individuals turned up and spent an entire afternoon looking at a tank, without any repair work being undertaken, new parts etc. This is pure daylight robbery and I would advise anyone, even in an emergency, to do anything other than call these people.
