Called out for roof leak, was told over the phone the call out is 80 pounds plus first hour of labor to actually try to fix the problem and if it cant be fixed then priced an estimate will be supplied and choice given to proceed or not.
Guy shows up, get on the roof, looks latterly for 10 seconds , says he cant do it because it high and needs scaffolding, this will be 1500 pounds. does not even tyr to fix the problem.
Do not book thiis company , absolutely terrible !!!!
