They took over Tesco Pet Insurance as underwriters - as soon as they started renewal of premiums they doubled existing premiums regardless of any claims and if a policy had multi pets on one policy they immediately separated them so they could then request separate premiums - I asked could they offer a discount as a loyal Tesco customer but they said they could not move on the premiums offered for renewal - I did not find their staff very friendly or efficient so I cancelled all my existing g policies and lodged a complain with Tesco- Pinnacle operate like cowboys and think they could have scans too - so no do not renew with Pinnacle
