Pinnacol can't keep their story strait. Denying payments for services rendered due to my claim being listed as return to full duty when the paper work says I'm not.
My shoulder injury was listed as full duty, temporarily for 2 weeks, to see if it was tolerated and pinnacol stopped payment on any treatment from there out, even though I'm back on restrictions.
Now I'm stuck in a legal battle to get payment for continued treatment and lost wages. They don't want to pay out for anything. They've been a nightmare since it began.
