I made a deposit on 8/11/2024 of little over 2000 dollars. Unfortunately, I lost my job the following day. After re-evaluating my financial situation (I am broke) I come to the conclusion that I need to pay some bills with that money and not trade with it. When I tried to withdraw the money, they put freeze on it. Thats been weeks and the amount of response that I have received from customer service is laughable. I desperately need that money and it's like they have np concern whatsoever about my situation. Thanks to a man I meet through reddit forum who successfully retrieved my assets at no cost, user (OverMuchConcrete) on reddit. For this trouble I do not recommend pionex.
