Did not receive first order of my subscription, which was a Christmas gift and then charged me for the next order without informing me. I had "chatted" to your company about not receiving my first order and was informed you could not give me an exact delivery date, which amazes me as any other company I have ordered from is able. I want to cancel my subscription and a refund to my account. I thought you were a good company.
