The service was great, however they have stopped issuing new subscription, and have not been fourth coming about it. My subscription renews in December, I received an email saying it would renew in December, and I only needed to click the link of I wanted to cancel. When the date past and nothing had been take from my bank account I checked my piquant account where it said my subscription was suspended. When I reached out that's when they told me they were no longer offering subscriptions. No emailing explaining this decision to their existing customers or anything!
