I am really enjoying this course and the people are so lovely but I feel for the money it costs it could be better, there servers are constantly broken, whenever I start a new book I always have to ask them to put it on the system, I've had to chase up my grades a couple times now, and I don't feel as though it was set out right as I was given about 5 months to learn shorthand which I think is going to be impossible, they could also structure it better by giving you deadlines so you know how much you have to do and when you should aim to complete it as you have no idea how long or short the other books are. But I would recommend pitman and all the people are so friendly.
