I enjoyed the coarse, but feel it is very much so for begins just out of school and at the start of their career in Business Admin, having done administration for the last 7 years I already knew the basics and what was in the book.
On the other hand Pitman training were great and there to help. When I needed to call or email I had a response that same day.
