The overall course content was very good, however the level of expertise among the course tutors differed and I got differing levels of advice. The actual physical course environment left a lot to be desired in hygiene, whether with regard to toilets or equipment in use for the amount of people who use these facilities on a daily basis. Also the Training Centre in Cardiff really did need a separate interview room as where they did interview was in the middle of two training rooms and did become, on many occasions, too distracting to us who were trying to study, especially as we were asked to turn off our mobile phones as not to disturb others!
