Haven't received the support i needed from the start,
awful at getting back to you, no understanding that there's been a global pandemic so I haven't been able to complete my training whilst the centre has been shut, due to not having the software I needed.
Came into my course believing there would be 2 exams which is actually 5 now ive spoken with AAT directly. and that t here would be someone i could speak to when i dont understand a certain subject, however this is not the case.
no warning that you're coming close to your expiry date, or that you're running behind where you should be,
wasn't explained that extending a module for a month and paying to do so would in turn mean i have less time to complete my course.
i understand that its in the contract that you have to complete a course within a certain time but i believe that for the money the course costs you should have more support and warning that you've only got some much time to do the rest and how much you actually have left to do to complete.
