I've been working with pixel studios on a 45 second video animation for almost 8 months now. Can you believe it? FORTY FIVE seconds...8 months! I've poured so much money into this and I have to beg for updates now...I didn't realize the customer doesn't matter after payments are made. Foolish me, I should've seen the signs after my requests for meetings kept getting ignored. It's not the money wasted that pains me, it's that it feels like I've been betrayed by a company that supposedly advertises itself as the best in animations and customer satisfaction...I guess their website is all a lie afterall... Too bad considering I was trying to expand this project later which means they're missing out on such a big client like myself with the many investments I've made so far in hiring them for a ambitious animated project since march/April 2024.. Oh well, lesson learned...
