A friend ordered flowers and chocolates for me from Prestige last Saturday 18th December after hearing I'd been seriously ill. They never arrived despite being cited as next day delivery. She has spent her good money and I haven't received any flowers and they've not had any response from customers services other than they'll investigate. Surely it's illegal to take money from a customer and not provide a product. Seriously everyone there are loads of one star reviews on here. Do not use this company. They are unacceptable unprofessional and they couldn't care less.
