Ordered flowers. afternoon tea and an Easter card to arrive for my elderly mum on Easter Sunday. Nothing turned up!
They use Royal Mail who doesn’t deliver on a Sunday or Bank holiday and had I known , I obviously wouldn’t have ordered.
The order still hasn’t arrived as Royal Mail keep putting a card through without knocking the door! That’s a whole other review.
Prestige haven’t answered the phone, emails or the contact form. Only reply I got was FB page, basically trying to say they’re not liable by saying we didn’t enter a contract.
Newsflash…. The minute I give you money for goods, we are entered into a contract.
I’ve now contacted CAB and they’ve advised the next steps. If I don't get a satisfactory response then I’ve to get back to them to escalate to Trading Standards.
If this review can stop even one person to think before using this company, then my job is done. DON’T USE THEM!!! They literally don’t care and you’re not guaranteed to get your order for the day you want. They won’t reply or even assist with the courier.
I can categorically say I will never use them again and I will advise friends and family not to either. Stick with M&S!!!
Ps I don’t leave bad reviews if I can help it, but the lack of customer service here is unacceptable. A few people I’ve spoken to have had the same issues. Time they were made accountable.
