Ordered Sunday as they advertised next day delivery Monday, which I went on to.
Thursday has arrived my family have still not received them. The bouquet of red roses and lilies were because they had to put their dog down and the children are 11 and 7 - hence the importance of sending it on the Monday. I have also been told I cannot get a refund back. Absolutely disgraceful.
