I bought a Dyson hairdryer online from Plaisio. It was faulty and wouldn't work so I returned it immediately in person to a store. I expected to be able to return it to a Plaisio store and be given another one. However, if you buy a faulty Dyson product from Plaisio they will not refund your money nor will they exchange the product for a working model. Instead they send the product to Dyson and the customer is left waiting for an unknown length of time to hear what they intend to do. meanwhile, I have paid 500 Euro for something I do not have and have no idea if or when I will receive a Dyson hairdryer. I believe Plaisio is responsible for selling the faulty product and it is between them and Dyson to sort it out and for Plaisio to fulfill its obligation to the customer by providing them with the product they ordered. While this is the first time I have ever received a faulty product from Plaisio, I will not order appliances online in future but rather visit a store and ask for proof ofworking order for anything I might want to purchase.
