If that parcel is not delivered to me before 09h00 on 27 June 2022, I will make sure that I make people aware of your pathetic company that's not able to stick to their company policies. You on the other hand have an excuse for everything so that it would not be admitted to being your lack of ethics, staff and laziness that this delivery is a mess. You were liable to make sure that orders go out asap with public holidays taken I consideration. You were responsible for email updates that never arrived until today...days after I contacted you. And then try to cover your incompetence when you only attended to my order today, with an excuse for everything and your inability to provide a customer service and correct your errors to ensure I have my parcel with overnight delivery.
