Pros: I love the look and size of this dresser. It's around half the price of most dressers like it, and even better it's made of actual wood and not particle board. It's also large enough on top to fit a changing pad if we choose to do so. We really do love this dresser for our nursery! Cons: We only used hand-tightening tools and still managed to see pressure cracks in parts of the build while only applying enough force to secure the structural integrity. No over-tightening. 2 other very small gripes: I wish the drawer stoppers allowed the drawers to come out a bit further, but this is hardly worth mentioning. Lastly, we also thought the directions included could definitely use some clarity on a few steps. Conclusion: We had a few issues with our first shipment but customer support was blazing fast and super helpful with a replacement and has remedied any worries about us wanting to buy from them again. The dresser is beautiful and they seem to really care about customer satisfaction. Buy with confidence!
