UPDATE
I finally received my order. The bed went together with relative ease and we are quite pleased with it. The only issue I have is that I never received any shipping info/notifications so, when the bed showed up it was a complete surprise.
I put my order in almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping information or follow up. I called customer service and they said it was still in the warehouse. If they have the order and the furniture, they need to get it shipped already.
