Well-packed unlike many other flat-pack furniture items I’ve purchased from Wayfair etc in the past. Well-labeled boxes made initial unpacking and inventory easy to complete. They thoughtfully included one or two extraS of each item (screws, bolts etc). Sturdiest bunk beds I’ve ever experienced (real wood, no MDF particleboard). Only three areas for potential improvement are more about the process than the product: 1) shipping all four boxes at the same time rather than trickling in over a few days (frustrating not to be able to start building immediately) and 2) evenly drilled holes in the ladder sides and slats. Had to use a drill to widen the holes before screwing in. 3) break down steps in more sequential order (ex step 7 actually had Three objectives and would be helpful to know which one to do first).
