If I could give zero stars I would! Horrific customer service when you need a refund. I could never speak to anyone in person, so all communication was via email. I was repeatedly fobbed off with excuses and quite frankly lied to. Not to mention the rude staff. I eventually went through Resolver. It was only then Planet Cruise actually took any action to get my money refunded. It still took 3 separate payments to get my full refund (no explanation why this was). I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. So quick to take your money but work at a snails pace to refund it.
