the bike is sound. The customer experience is something else. Found bike on planetx which was recommended and fitted my needs. bought on ride to work scheme. Ended up entangled in disute between ride to work company (vivup) and planetx. Eventually they sorted out but bike arrived wthout pedals in the order which they resurrected however there was a scratch on the beautifullly wrapped frame. They send a box back, then collected bike and then delivered replacement (meant being at home 4 days for this) and the replacement had a smaller scratch in same place.... I couldnt face going through rigmarole again and the bike had been significantly reduced. They offered me £60 and eventually £100 voucher (as was bought on ride to work.. on a £1200 new bike.. I did wonder if they would accept a brand new bike at £1200 with a scratch on? such an awful experience..
