Used the live CHAT to obtain info on shuttle bus service from Hotel to nearest town. I was asked by Jordan for my name and phone number...gave my name but not my number, which I didn't consider necessary...he replied with "is this some kind of joke to you"!
I just said "no good bye"
It would appear this person is probably paid commission for obtaining people's phone number and then a follow up phone call with hard sell tactics.
Left me feeling very uncomfortable about this company.
