If you are someone who is used to a sleep aid such as melatonin, unisom, THC, CBD, or a prescription medication these mushroom gummies will NOT replace those! Nor will it even make you the tiniest bit drowsy. I’ve taken them consistently for over a week now and I have seen ZERO benefits. I am so upset I spent over $35 on practically a bag of fruit snacks. You’re better off buying OLLY sleep gummies. Their customer service team did nothing to make it up to me.
