I have had chronic neck and upper back pain for years, treatment with massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic adjustments. In just a week of having the Platinum LED BioMax 900, I can feel my muscles being much more relaxed and pain is lifting. I am very pleased with my purchase and bought the stand for the ability to lie down in bed or stand up for the treatments. The stand is very sturdy and well made. The suggestions I would like to make on the design would be an easier method for adjustment in height. The knob is long and takes a long time to turn while holding the light up. There were very basic assembly instructions, more of a parts list with pictures, this could definitely be improved upon.
